The restaurant manager was friendly, but I ordered local beer, but they brought me imported beer without explanation, so I thought it was local.
The price was obviously expensive. - I wish the staff's order service was more communicative with the customer.

I got an oil massage at the spa, but the masseuse's skills were too weak.

Harassed a lot in checking out from the hotel. They don’t have proper staff to bring my luggage. We had booked 4 rooms in the hotel, and left our key in the room then suddenly they are telling the keys are not there and have charged us for the lost key. Also you need to wait 1 hour after you order food. Food is also not good

I stayed at Amika many times and I have always enjoyed my stay there. The staff are very friendly and helpful and Chef Muthu made our dining experience (both breakfast and dinner) enjoyable. The rooms are large and comfy. As the hotel is very close to Madurai airport, it’s very convenient.
